On Wednesday the dinner sales dropped to $3,450 but the lunch sales rose to $2,595. On Thursday there is a big difference between lunch and dinner; lunch sales were $2,375 but the dinner sales were $3,800. The highest sales for lunch occurred on Friday, and the lowest occurred on Saturday. Saturday’s lunch sales were approximately $1,950 less than the average lunch sales during the rest of the week.
